Apartment renovations

Here are some before / after pictures of some renovations to an apartment.  I have been doing renovations on several different apartment complexes over the last few years, and this has become some of my "bread and butter" work!  Many owners are now starting to fix up as tenents move out, and are getting rid of the 50s and 60s look in favor of new.  I did this apartment last week.
